Ayana Garden Wedding

For spectacular Bali sunset weddings, Ayana’s Gazebo is hard to beat. And this AYANA Garden wedding was a perfect example of why their sunset gazebo is so spectacular.

Depending on the month of the year the sun’s position starts to be ideal at around 16.00 h because it provides this glorious backlight that allows a photographer to capture those ‘warm-toned’ photographs. And turns the whole venue into subtle pastel hues.

And at this wedding, the Ayana guys did again an excellent job with the decor. Minimalistic, yet regal.

When the bride and her father preceded by two lovely ring bearer kids made their entrance everyone was in awe. Instead of walking all the way up to the altar she walked down the aisle with the groom.

What was to follow was a beautiful ceremony during which the strong bond between the bride and the groom was most evident.

The only down-side of a sunset wedding is that there is little time left for a phototour and consequently we only had time for a few photos in which the newlyweds used the Ayana’s horse carriage cart. Lovely photos never the less.

Once darkness fell the newlyweds made their grand entrance into a beautifully decorated reception venue. The evening continued to be full of very emotional moments that emphasized not only on the union of the couple but also showed that in actuality 2 families were united on that day.

Shortly after champagne pouring the cake cutting followed. After which the bride and groom had a lovely choreographed first dance. But the absolute highlight was a spectacular firework.

Once the ‘formalities’ concluded it was all party. And OMG those Chinese know how to party and how to have a good time.
