AYANA TRESNA CHAPEL WEDDING: Robyn & Adam

There is something magical about how the light falls in the late afternoon in Ayana’s gorgeous Tresna chapel. The slightly green tinted glass combined  with low sun provide for a very soft light which in turn illuminates this gorgeous wedding chapel perfectly.

Add to this a bride beautiful beyond belief and what you get is a dream wedding in Bali.

I had met Robyn and Adam a few days before the wedding to go with them through all the details and the schedule of their wedding day. And we immediately connected very well. From the outset, I knew that this was to become a magical wedding.

And indeed what a wedding it was.

I was privileged to witness some very beautiful and emotional moments between Robyn and her mother who was right beside her side during the preparation period. Mom not only helped Robyn into her dress but also gave her advice on makeup & hairstyle choices. All this to calm a slightly nervous bride.

But all this nervousness was dispersed when Robyn accompanied by her father made her spectacular entrance into the beautifully decorated Tresna chapel.

What I particularly loved was how much fun the couple had throughout the ceremony manifested in countless giggles and laughs while the ministrant performed the wedding rites.  I think one of the reasons for this relaxed and joyful ceremony was the fact that the couple had brought their own ministrant from back home. I thinking knowing your ministrant well can be beneficial.

Since the time for the ceremony was set pretty late we had hardly any time for photos after the ceremony.

But that was OK because there were plenty of spectacular moments to be captured during the reception dinner.

I am proud that I was part of this magical wedding.
