The honeymoon photos for Andrew & Yanli were very special for me. Here is why ?
I love working with Chinese couples. Because their quest for perfection is a challenge that I very much like. The lady being from mainland China was an additional benefit for me because I could practice my Chinese with her. Something I don’t get to do often.
Andrew told me that they were mainly seeking to have their honeymoon photos taken in Bali’s most beautiful spots. And it was important for them that we would go to places that are off the beaten track.
They did not want to go to locations that are frequented by tourists. So I compiled a set of locations in South Bali which were not only very scenic but also completely free of any tourist.
I also prefer to go to locations that show the authentic Bali as it is. And fortunately, there is an abundance of such locations. All of them no more than 10 – 15 minutes driving from my studio.
That way the time for driving was minimized and we could focus on taking pictures. In between the couple could change dresses three times.
My personal favorites were the photos where the lady was wearing a genuine Chinese outfit in this beautiful red color. All the dresses used throughout the photo shoot were from my collection of designer dresses. Because there were so many dresses that Yanli liked she had a hard time choosing. But it all worked out well in the end.
Andrew, Yanli, thank you so much. I had great fun working with you guys. And it was so easy to direct you and make you look great in your honeymoon photos in Bali.
I hope to see you again in Bali soon.
Thank you very much.

Michelle, it was a great experience working with you. I very grateful to you that you made me and my wife look so natural and happy in all the photos. I could not believe that we can look so great in photographs. I think this is because you made us so relaxed in front of the camera. We were not nervous at all and had so much fun taking the photographs with you and your team. We a very happy with our photographs.
Thank you so much Andrew !!! It was so much fun and a great honour working with you guys. Hope to see you again one day in Bali.
